Visit the West Union Library any Wednesday in May for the chance to win a prize from our gardening display case! Randomly chosen visitors every Wednesday will have the chance to select a gardening-related item from our display case.
Herb Workshop with Cindy Cates
On Tuesday, May 14 at 5:00 pm, Cindy Cates will offer a workshop on Growing Your Own Herbs. We'll cover everything you need to know to get ready for planting herbs this spring. Cindy will discuss techniques for planting the most popular herbs, strategies for harvesting and preserving what you grow, and share samples of herbal sugars, oils, vinegars, dips, butters and other recipes.

Genealogy 101 Class

All ages are welcome to come learn how to trace their family roots. The class will discuss how to get started, organize findings, interview relatives, find records, record information, and how to avoid mistakes.
Celebrate National Library Month
Join us as we Celebrate National Library Month at the Adams County Public Library.
All week, when you check out a book at the Peebles Library, enter your name in one of six drawings for new books, including adult and teen fiction, children's books, and cookbooks. We're offering books by popular authors including John Grisham, Jodi Picoult, Suzanne Collins, and Lemony Snicket, children's titles including "How Do Dinosaurs Laugh Out Loud," and two popular cookbooks. We'll draw the winning names on April 30.
This weekend, stop by the North Adams Library and enter your name in a drawing to win books for every member of the family.
