North Adams - Fiber Crafters

Teresa Geeslin will demonstrate how to construct a Twisted Square quilt block. If possible, bring with you a nine-patch of five inch squares, with a quarter inch seam allowance.

Making handmade Christmas ornaments is a great holiday family activity. And who doesn’t like cutting out snowflakes. Everyone can really get creative with the 3D paper snowflakes. Attend North Adams afterschool program at 3:30 Tuesday, December 4 and learn how you too can make these gorgeous snowflakes.

We’ll continue to learn about the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, focusing on eating a variety of colors. Participants can sample a green bean sauté recipe, and receive a dry erase board with a reminder to eat more fruits and vegetables!
