Adams County Genealogical Society
The Adams County Genealogical Society and Library, located two blocks north of the court house on St Rt 247 in West Union, Ohio, offers extensive local genealogical records, including obituaries, cemetery records, family histories, books and maps and artifacts from Adams County history, and much more. Genealogical Society library hours are Thursday and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, but the staff are happy to open the library on other days for visitors traveling from outside the local area. Genealogical society members provide research and record look-up services, for a donation. The Genealogical Society Library is supported exclusively by donations.
