It’s a Costume Party-wear your scariest creations! Facts and fiction about your favorite monsters. We will also preview several horror “classics”.
June 21: Eat, Sleep & Be Merry
We’ll explore the effects of food and sleep on your moods and prepare a delicious wrap to eat.
June 28: Own the Night (and the Day): Keeping Your Cool in a Crisis – Presented by Suzie Mitkenbaugh
July 5: Pizza and Prizes
